After our initial assessment, we’ll decide together whether the best place to conduct our sessions is in the gym, in our office, or a combination of both. Counselling sessions are tailored to your unique goals. They can include discussions, goal-setting, workouts, visualization exercises, and practical strategies to enhance mental performance, resilience, and overall wellness.

    You can schedule a counselling session by booking directly through our website or reaching out to our team. We'll guide you through the process and help you find the most suitable counselling option.
  • Are Momentous Performance sessions offered in-person or virtual?
    We offer both in-person and virtual counselling sessions to accommodate individual preferences and needs. You can choose the format that works best for you. Note: Group counselling is only available in person.
